What is Self-Love?
This session explores the deeper meaning of self-love beyond affirmations - inviting participants to reflect on their personal values, boundaries, and the importance of emotional self-care. Through discussion and practical exercises, they will identify ways to prioritise their well-being while managing responsibilities at home and at work.
Stress Management
Participants will gain tools to better navigate stress and prevent burnout. This includes time management strategies, boundary setting, and simple self-care rituals. The session is interactive, providing real-life techniques that can be applied immediately in both professional and personal settings.
Mindful Walk in Nature
Held in a forest or natural setting, this mindful walking session introduces participants to the grounding power of movement in nature. Through guided practices, they’ll learn how to cultivate presence, reduce mental fatigue, and find calm through sensory awareness and breath.
You Are What You Eat
The final day focuses on the connection between nutrition and mental clarity, mood, and energy. Participants will explore food choices, label reading, and mindful eating practices, empowering them to make sustainable, nourishing decisions that support long-term health.
