Teaching methods and assessment
The course follows an experiential and collaborative learning approach, combining theory with hands-on activities. Participants will engage in practical workshops (yoga, mindfulness, healthy cooking), school visits, and group discussions to explore wellbeing strategies. They will keep a Wellbeing Journal to reflect on their progress and develop a Wellbeing Portfolio with an action plan for their schools.
Assessment is based on self-reflection, peer feedback, and project-based learning. Participants will evaluate their progress through journals, share insights in group discussions, and present their final Wellbeing Portfolio. A certificate of completion will be awarded at the end.
This approach ensures teachers gain practical tools to reduce stress, prevent burnout, and promote wellbeing in their schools.
Materials and learning resources
Participants will receive a Wellbeing Journal and access to digital resources. Tools such as Padlet and Wakelet will facilitate collaboration, while Canva will be used for visual materials. Guided meditations, videos, and articles will support learning. School visits and hands-on workshops (yoga, mindfulness, and healthy cooking) will provide practical experience.

The course package includes all classes, practical workshops, and school visits. Accommodation, meals, and transportation are not included and must be arranged separately. An optional cultural program on Saturday (including a guided tour of Palma, wine and tapas tasting, or an excursion to Serra de Tramuntana) is available for an extra fee.
