Mindfulness and Yoga for Teachers
Daily practice, science and simple routines to bring calm into your week and classroom.

Course description
Teaching is one of the most stressful professions in Europe. This course offers a week of guided practice and reflection: mindfulness meditation, gentle yoga suitable for all levels, breathing techniques and self-compassion exercises, combined with the science behind them. You will learn short practices that fit into a school day, ways to introduce mindful moments to students of different ages, and how to sustain your practice when you are back home. Sessions take place in the training centre and outdoors by the sea. The course is for teachers, school counsellors and leaders of all levels; no prior experience is necessary and all physical exercises can be adapted.
